Advanced Resin Infusion moulding technique which greatly enhances dimensional stability and guarantees the perfect resin to glass ratio, resulting in the strongest and lightest parts. This is an advanced moulding technique that greatly exceeds other ways of making composite parts. No fixing showing through top of roofs. Heavy duty galvanised strengthening frames to put maximum strength back into the vehicle after roof is removed. High lift hinges specifically for the Vivaro/Trafic which are 6mm thick powder coated steel. All hinges bolt into original roof rack points on vehicle so there is no drilling holes through your roof minimising potential leak points. Tie down brackets are bolted to original fixing points on chassis so your not left with unsightly holes to cover on the inside of your van. Fitting takes 2 days to allow sufficient drying time for both metal bonding and sealant.
