2006 Vauxhall Vivaro 2900 1.9cdti LWB campervan dayvan Drive Away white trafic
Up for sale is my beloved van that we started to convert into a campervan. MoT until end of July, can be driven away. It is the long wheel based 1.9cdti F9Q 6 speed. FIRSTLY THE VAN ISTELF. Runs, starts, stops and drives fine. Had a lot of work done for previous MoT. Engine was changed 20k miles ago with an engine with 105k miles on the clock (proof given) before the new engine was fitted it had cambelt and water pump changed along with a brand new turbo. I have changed the oil every 5000 miles religiously since the engine swap. Gearbox oil was also renewed. EGR valve blanked off and new clutch. This engine is now good for many more years as long as it is maintained. The body work needs attention if you want it looking perfect, it has had a couple of knocks and scratches. New tyres and brake pads a few weeks ago. The blower doesn’t blow, been told it may be a resistor or fuse? Air bag light Comes on intermittently due to fitting a leather Renault steering wheel from the engine donor van. Very good roof rack fitted, tow bar with electrics. Has a crack in windscreen passenger side. Comes with spare top end from the previous engine and enough oil for another change. Campervan side of the van. So far the following has been done. Fully sound deafened and insulated, 2 side windows fitted from camperglass, fully wired with plenty of USB and 12v sockets. 140ah leisure battery that charges via a large solar panel on the roof rack or a full split charge kit that charges it from the alternator. A very large and powerful 240v power invertor is fitted, powerful enough to run a kettle, toaster, laptop, TV etc etc. Has a diesel heater fitted with thermostat and timer. Warms the van up in seconds! Tongue and groove ceiling with led spot lights. Everything is wired up to a fuse box, breakers, solar controller etc. A proper job has been done. I will include the 4 way stretch carpet for the walls, a roll of flooring (proper campervan flooring, not a cheap bit of vinyl) a sink will be included along with the plans to build the pull out sofa bed and kitchen area. The Van will come on professionally powdercoated steel wheels in celestial metallic blue, with tyres that are a few weeks old. Included I’m the sale are 4 BMW wheels that I used to have fitted before we started the conversion. They need tyres and ideally need refurbishment. They do look good on the van though! (See picture before the conversion). The asking price is what the campervan conversion parts fitted and the parts to finish the conversion are worth alone!
